Guaranteed rental

Since Pyramisa is a hotel they are able to offer all owners a guaranteed rental income for a 10 year period. A guaranteed rental income (or  a leaseback) is where you hand over the property to the developer for a certain number of months per year, and they (contractually) guarantee to pay you the agreed rental income every year.

  • Option 1: 8% Guaranteed rent per year with guaranteed buy back option
  • Option 2: 5.% Guaranteed rent per year with guaranteed buy back after 10 years
