Guaranteed rental

Since Pyramisa is a hotel they are able to offer all owners a guaranteed rental income for a 10 year period. A guaranteed rental income (or  a leaseback) is where you hand over the property to the developer for a certain number of months per year, and they (contractually) guarantee to pay you the agreed rental income every year.

For all properties on Pyramisa Resort the rental guarantee is 7% of the properties purchase price per year for a period of 10 years.

This means that after 10 years you are guaranteed to have received 70% of the amount you paid for the property.

Free Holiday use
